I don’t want QR ordering — can I just use it to bill customers directly?
Yes — that’s exactly what Billing Mode is for. Switch to Billing Mode and your staff creates bills directly: open table, pick items, select GST rate, mark cash or UPI, done. No QR. No customer app. Works on any phone.
Does it calculate GST automatically?
Yes. When closing a bill in Billing Mode, you pick the GST rate — 0%, 5%, 12%, or 18%. The app calculates CGST + SGST and adds it to the total automatically. No manual calculation.
Can I see cash vs UPI collections separately at end of day?
Yes. The Today screen in Billing Mode shows total revenue split by payment method — cash, UPI, and card. You see exactly what came in through each channel at a glance.
Does my customer need to download an app?
No. In QR mode, they scan the QR → menu opens in their browser. No download. No registration. In Billing Mode, customers don’t need a phone at all — staff handles everything.
What if I miss the order sound notification?
Every order shows on screen with a sound alert. If nobody responds in 30 seconds, all staff phones alert at once. Nobody misses an order.
